Already
I could blame the company Christmas party on Saturday night which consisted of fancy assed veggies and a big slab of Prime Rib and 3 or 4 screwdrivers. Oh yeah, and chocolate mousse for dessert. Or I could blame MOTH for taking me to see Harry Potter yesterday because I simply cannot sit through a movie without popcorn and no one can really eat that crappy movie popcorn unless it has a layer of yellow primer coating on it. And we go to a theater that gives you the bag and you go over and put on your OWN yellow grease layer. Can I help it if the crap comes out like that? I mean...it trickled out so slow that I held that bag under the spiggot FOREVER and got too much.
Or....I could just say that I failed, again, and I have to do better. It's my fault and no one else's. Mine.
I have a Dr. apointment but I can't get in until the 21st. By then I should be back to my pre-diary weight.
