Coming Soon....
It's finally time, it's safe enough to introduce you to my nephews, "da boyz" as I call them. I can't be 100% sure at the moment, but my best guess would be that that there one on the left, the one with the militant fist thrust into the air is "J.T."{ while the one on the right with the handsome, compliant, profile, is "T.D." The reason I'm not quite sure is that they've yet to emerge. Not for a lack of trying.
There have been a couple of hospitalizations, months of "bed rest" (like that's a reality when you have a 1 year old running around. And I do mean RUNNING. And climbing. All the while being one of the most charismatic and charming little girls on the planet. But a handful none-the-less.) It's been a mini deja vu of when I carried my twins more than 19 years ago. Only baby sister is doing it much more gracefully and cute. Don't get me wrong, she is gargantuan. But cute as a bug.
So, after months of prayers and drugs and tears and calendar markings, we have reached the magic number, week 36! And now of course, since all systems are "go," nothing is happening. My prediction is that I will be a new auntie this coming Sunday, but that they will be induced. Something tells me the militant one will be putting up a fight.
We aren't finished praying on this one. I just felt it was safe enough to share now.
