He Is Risen
Well, the Easter Bunny has come, dumped his load at the various doors...you'd think that with 17 and 19 year olds, the bunny would stop delivering, but nope. Heck, this year even MOTH and I got some goods.
Off to church. This will be the last service ever in our church building, as we have sold it and are building anew. I thought I'd always remember the building for the bells that played at noon when I was a child, fascinated by how that bell tower produced actual music played by bells. It wasn't until recently that I found the mechanism responsible for them behind the choir room. My fondest memory of those bricks will, of course, be our wedding, and Finchie's baptism. I'm so glad God blessed us with the capacity for memories. I have my fair share of ones I'd rather not, but in the end, the good ones by far outweigh the bad.
