He's Home!!!
I don't know how the hell anyone could drive in a car packed like this and make it home a) safely and b) without getting a ticket. He did. He's gifted that way. Today is his birthday, I have been a mom for 22 years now, and it appears as though I did quite a few things right. To think otherwise would be a slam against my kids, so I guess I have to admit I did something well.
Except packing a dorm room and bringing it home. I didn't teach him that well at all. I can't imagine what he would have done if he hadn't left behind his stereo, his fridge, and his vomit stained/smelling couch (thank you Jesus, he didn't bring home the puke couch).
Why would he have a puke couch in his dorm? Silly. It was free. He didn't get THAT from me either! Sometimes a deal is NOT a deal!
I am so happy to have him home, and in 3 more days, the Beast returns with her Hoser Canadian friend in tow. It will be a grand mother's day for me I can tell you.
