Hot Flash
No, I don't have earth shattering news, I mean I am having a full-fledged hot flash. Night sweats. Burning up on the inside. Been awake for an hour.
MOTH is in a dead sleep. I have been sighing, tossing and turning, head butting him...what does a gal have to do to get some lousy attention at 1AM?
And can we talk about heart burn? I'm drowning in my own reflux.
There is nothing worse than wrestling to stay asleep, finally peeking to see how close it is to morning and seeing that it is just past midnight. I hate long nights. I hate these hot flashes. I need a hormone patch.
Somebody just shoot me.
