Simma Da Nah
Ok, everyone take a deep breath. Yes, I AM on a binge, no I am NOT forcing myself to binge. I am allowing myself whatever I want, and as much as I want so that Monday I can start my WW points and not feel deprived. In fact, there will a part of me that will be relieved because i won't be so uncomfortable. However, I WILL be disagreeable! I am not buying anything additional to include on this binge, I'm accessing food already in the house that will completely interfere with the process once I start if it is still around.
I know where my weaknesses are. First, I hate vegetables. Second, I hate exercise. Third, I love cereal and milk. Fourth, I usually don't eat until after 3 in the afternoon, and by then I am starving. Fifth, I don't drink nearly enough fluids for my own good. Sixth, I am very bad about staying on my meds, although I usually am so sick from withdrawal by the third day that I don't stay off for very long. The list goes on.
Ok? Are we ok on this? Not that I'm going to do much different because I don't listen to anyone but myself, not even to reason, you all know that!
Now I have to run, my two cats are sitting on the same couch, a first since we got Bug this past Spring. It's very funny, because they are facing each other, they both want to sleep, and neither one of them completely trusts the other enough to actually close their eyes and sleep! Silly felines! Silly pussies.
