Slamming
God I love Ebay. Not only for the amazingly wondrous things you can find, but for the hunt itself. My Ebay-ing has mostly consisted of buying, although I have sold a few items. That star up there means I have 100 transactions with unique individuals. Actually, 101 have left positive feedback, so I have a 100% rating. The other ass holes just left me hanging.
Tonight I bagged #102. The ol' Sit 'n' Spin. I love it. There were 2 others bidding for it, and with their low transaction numbers, I knew that they were newbies and likely not savvy to my ways. So I sat quietly, not disclosing my interest. With 20 seconds left, I lay my bad, and won it by 18 cents! SLAMMED!
Someone is pissed tonight. But I don't care, my Dylan will be spinning in just over 40 days.
GOD I love Christmas hunting. I mean, shopping.
