Don't mess with self medicating. That means refill until told to stop. High water retention is part of your problem clearly. Mrs. Bill has similar issues. She has to take her Water Pill and the other three as well. Its a shame we have to rely on medication when for the most part we are our own worst enemies. I said we as that includes U and ME. Water, not coffee. No salt and that means NO SALT. 1200 - 1500 calories maximum and walk until those short legs fall off, then walk one more mile. If those dufus' (dufi) in the Subway commercials can lose weight an educated woman can do no less.
