Two examples of litigation already taking place: One in Florida, the other in Ohio. The first, Deomcrats who want to have poll watchers. The second, Republicans who want to have poll watchers. So, you see, there's plenty of "whining" to go around, on both sides. I for one, think it's a good thing - we can't bury our heads in the sand and pretend that all is well. I want to be assured that my vote counts.

I, also, want all votes to count, even the Kerry ones. I just want them to be legit votes, not people voting several times (ala Cook County years ago), dead people voting, Mary Poppins, Superman, and Batman.... I'm also amazed that there are people out there that think voter fraud and problems with the voting system are new. This has been going on, and legit votes have not been allowed, since the very first election.
