Hey, you did good, honeychile. Those flex points are for eatin', not looking at! I eat most of mine every week. Check out Dotti's story on www.dottisweightlosszone.com... she talks about having lost her weight by eating less points than she was allotted and she thinks it lowered her metabolism to the point where it's harder to maintain the loss. Munch up a little, lady... you're doing great! :)
