And Now For the News
Well, the press is finally admitting that Bob Hope is dead. I still contend that he's been dead for over a year now, they're just getting around to burying him. That's a good thing. Having been pulled and wheeled around Hollywood for the last few years, a la Weekend at Bernie's, the guy can finally get the rest and dignity he's earned.
Well kids, it looks like another freak fest is about to end. Yeah, who was surprised by the end of Liza's fourth marriage? It's really funny because I just saw the bizarro couple on a BBC show with Graham Norton and they invited him to be a special guest at their anniversary bash and they went on and on about how wonderful life together was. What's really creepy is that they keep showing the wedding kiss, you've seen it haven't you? The one where he swallows her head? I love how she's holding up:
Despite the breakup, Minnelli was said to be holding up Friday night. "She's sober, she's OK," the friend said."
And the news I know you probably are looking for: I woke up with a migraine. Like my body KNEW it was going to be deprived of free will today and opted to punish me right out of the shoot. I went to work, and I don't think 15 minutes ever went by without at least one person remarking about how awful or pale or sick I looked. By one o'clock I thought I was going to hurl. I made it home, crashed on the couch and slept until 5. Guess who's going to be up all night? I did well until I woke up.
This morning I had 1 1/2 nectarines, and 1 jumbo vat of coffee. Before I went to sleep I had a 2 point cup of soup. When I woke up, I had a 5 point dinner, but then ate a bunch of chips and some roasted almonds. SO I failed. Big surprise. I'll try again tomorrow.
