Another MOTH entry.
Hi guys. MOTH here again. I'm sorry. I know I'm not a patch on our Ibe but she asked me to post so you wouldn't worry. Yesterday she called me at work and said she needed me right away. Her back had gone out again. Bad this time. It takes me two hours to get home even if I hurry. Which I did of course. When I got to the school they told me that she had gone to the hospital in an ambulance. OK fine. I hurried to the hospital to find a rather spacey Ibe in the ER. She reacts to drugs like I do. Which means,,,,,cough syrup puts her to sleep for days. And they apparently gave her some very strong ones. She was in real pain. So far, all she has done since is lay on the couch and watch TV and sleep. She's missed two performances of her son's HS play. She can't go to a party tomorrow that we've been looking forward too (sorry Jazzy) and now she is worried that she will miss the final performance of her son tomorrow. She's just that spacey. Or in pain when she isn't. The good side is, she DOES seem to be getting better. I'm going to make sure she doesn't lift a finger to do one thing this weekend besides bodily functions. Bed rest she needs, bed rest she shall have. The next words you see posted here will be from her. (I hope) And by the way, prayers are always welcome around here.
