Oops!
Well, it's nice to know that so many people read, and read carefully! And nicer to know you care. Here's the deal. Yesterday I mentioned that I am going to attempt a new product to try and get some control over this weight. My quote was: "One with Ephedrine (I think. I suppose I should check that out)." My bad. What I THOUGHT I typed was withOUT Ephedrine! Makes a huge difference, doesn't it, those three little letters?
So for those of you who are worrying, quit it! First of all, I decided to try the X (Ephedrine) with the following guidelines: I took 1/2 the dosage for 3 weeks before attempting a full dose. After one day of full dose, I cut it back right away. I didn't feel right. I don't have high blood pressure, never have despite my weight. As soon as I experienced all of this stress in my life with the switching of jobs and my soon to be ex-employer going ape about it, I took myself completely off the X, since I felt that I didn't want to risk the added stress. So I am looking after myself, and I am taking care. AND I have MOTH ready to take a layer of skin off of me should I not take care of myself!
As far as the new product, I will not take it until I have researched it, and I will document it all here, as I have the X. Ok? We got a deal? Now stop worrying for gosh sake! At least about this. I promise to be careful.
