My Post Got Wet!
Ok, I had this BRILLIANT post all written last night, I mean it was the best ever, and I LOST it!
Ok, no that didn't happen. I WAS posting during the storm and the power cut out and I did lose what I wrote and that made me mad so I shut the computer off when the power came back on and went to bed.
All I really had to say was that I was down to 206 and I stayed within my points (a bit low) and I am trying to eat what the family eats, within my limit. So while they feasted on grilled skinless turkey smoked sausages and fried pirogi, I kept myself to just 2 sausages (4 0z) and 3 plain pirogi but even just that was a 14 point meal! Sux.
Didja know that ounce per ounce, Kix has the same number of calories as Rice Chex, BUT has no fat and more fiber??? Are you fascinated? Well, it made me switch my snack food!
Oh, and this morning I am down to 205. 7 1/2 pounds seems like a mere drop in the ocean, but, well, it's in the right direction.
