Sale's Off!
I hate weathermen. What a crock. We have been trying to have a garage sale for the entire summer, and finally we set today as IT! Then, the weather forecast came in. Cold. Rain. Not a good day. As of last night when we would have been setting up and marking items it was cold. And raining. This morning? Sun shining, bright, dry. DAMMIT!
So you might wonder what items are up for sale at Ibe's? Oh, all kinds of wondrous things, treasures for all but me and my family.
First up, the Litter Maid Mega Delux, Model LM900. Going for a great price, or going in the trash. It's back to scooping for me!
Let's see, we have 2 bird cages with accessories. Those were a freaking unnecessary expense! We also will be offering up a selection of purses. I also am selling off a really pretty near full set of Oneida silverware...not the stuff we just bought, the stuff that was a wedding gift from my previous marriage. I may be talked into selling off a few of the 6 (or more?) coffee makers I have accumulated in my quest for great coffee. I just got a great steel electric percolator a the latest barn sale for $3.00! We really don't need these others ones any more.
2 couches, a love seat, 2 desks, kitchen crap, blankets, games, cd's, vases, phones, answering machines, chairs, pictures and pitchers, lamps and candles, coffee mugs, software, hardware, glassware, cookware, and crapware. We got it all. In the garage. Where the cars no longer fit. And there it stays. Until the weatherman tells me we have having another cold and rainy weekend. Then I'll plan the sale. That's a sure bet we'll have a beauty of a day like today.
